1. Platform Services & Scope
Mayda provides digital menu hosting, QR code publishing, interactive 3D culinary models, and Augmented Reality (AR) viewing solutions for restaurant establishments worldwide. Use of the service constitutes agreement to these terms.
2. Restaurant Content & Intellectual Property
Restaurant owners retain full intellectual property ownership of all uploaded dish photos, menu names, descriptions, and culinary creations. By uploading media, the restaurant owner grants Mayda the limited technical license required to generate, optimize, and serve 3D models and digital menus to restaurant diners.
3. Privacy-by-Design Compliance
The platform operates on a strict Privacy-by-Design model. Restaurants are assured that their dining patrons are never tracked, profiled, or subjected to third-party cookies or surveillance while viewing digital menus.
4. Subscriptions & Service Availability
Subscription pricing and dish allowances are managed per restaurant agreement. Standard support and service availability are provided to active accounts. In case of subscription expiration, menus remain accessible in read-only mode to prevent dining disruption.
